Firstly, sorry for the toes. Secondly, should not be forearm crutches, you are in a position of your hand) fit under (between four and five inches below the armpit. Her arms tired Take frequent breaks, but unnecessary. You can also use towels or think that they actually do these things to prevent the rubber in order to pass through irritation. The baths or heating pads in the hot night to lose aching muscles. You will also find useful the ice, but be sure to wrap the ice in a towel to avoid burning (which is actually possible). Good luck and I hope you feel better soon. =)

Crutches should be about 4 inches below the armpit, but still rub some on the outside of the arm / chest skin so that you can use towels to help mitigate that, and c is the ice. I know what a pain that can ... Several times I was on crutches.

Crutches arent made to go against the armpit, to go under the arm, and the rest by his side probly about 4 to 5 cm below the armpit. Use your hands and arms on the handle of his party to support the weight, not part of the armpit.

Stretching of the shoulder and chest muscles at regular intervals to prevent cramps ... For now, take some Advil
